These Terms of Service govern the use of Miko Ceremony (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).

1. Service Description

The Service provides a 90-minute ceremony experience by reservation.

2. Fees and Payments

Service fees are as listed on the website. Payments are accepted via credit card.

3. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees will apply to reservations:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: Free
• Cancellations made 6 days or less in advance: 100% of the service fee

4. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited:

• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals.
• Any act that causes harm to other customers or to the Service.
• Providing false information to use the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is not liable for any damages incurred through the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
